How does your process work?

  1. Gathering Measurements -

If you have a contractor and architectural drawings or a room layout, you can submit them through our Client Onboarding Form . If you don’t have these resources, we’ll arrange for a local contractor to visit your home or jobsite to take accurate measurements and share them with us.

  2. Understanding Your Preferences - For kitchen renovations, you’ll complete our Kitchen Renovation Preference Selection Form (accessible after the Client Onboarding Form) to help us design a space tailored to your style and needs.

  3. Design Creation -

Using your measurements and preferences, we’ll create a custom design. This process typically takes 1-3 weeks. Once complete, we’ll schedule a call to review the design and provide a detailed cabinetry quote. If you already have a contractor, we’ll share the design and details with them so they can provide a labor quote. If you don’t have a contractor, we’ll connect you with one in your area to provide a labor estimate.

  4. Finalizing Your Cabinetry -

If you approve the design and quote, we’ll guide you through selecting door styles and finishes. Samples can be mailed to you for review. If revisions are needed, we require a $500 retainer per revision, which will be applied toward the final cabinet order.

  5. Order and Delivery -

Once the design is finalized, we’ll coordinate with you and your contractor to determine the ideal time to place the cabinet order. A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, and the remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the cabinets to your jobsite or storage facility. Our streamlined approach ensures your renovation is hassle-free, with expert guidance every step of the way!

How long does everything take start to finish?

The timeline for your project depends on several factors, including the design process, cabinetry production lead times, and your contractor's availability.

Once we receive your measurements and preferences, the design phase typically takes 1–3 weeks to complete. The production and delivery process usually takes about 5–7 weeks, depending on the season.

The total project timeline also depends on your contractor’s schedule and availability to begin and complete the installation. In total, the process from start to finish can range from 10 to 12 weeks.

This timeline may vary depending on specific project details and scheduling factors. We are committed to working closely with you and your contractor to ensure the process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

How much do you charge?

Our pricing depends on the cabinetry line you choose and the scope of your project. We offer three distinct lines of cabinetry to suit different needs and budgets, all proudly made in America.

Because each project is unique, we provide a detailed quote after completing the design phase and reviewing your preferences. This ensures you receive a solution tailored to your style, needs, and budget.

Meet Bill Garrison, the original Cabinet Guy!

In 1994 Bill started his first business Wooden Stiles.

For 10 years himself and a handful of employees built custom cabinetry for hundreds of different projects.
