Your information, plainly.
This explains what The Cabinet Guy LLC collects when you use thecabinetguyllc.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a small family company and we use your information to design and quote your project. We do not sell it.

What we collect
- What you type into our consultation form: your name, email, phone number, zip code, the type of project, budget range, timeline and anything you write about the space.
- Your answers to the Homeowner Preferences Survey, if you fill it out, including your name and phone number.
- If you sign up for our referral program: your name, email, phone, role, company and any notes you add.
- If you become a client: project details, measurements, design files, documents you sign and messages exchanged through the client portal.
- Basic technical details sent by your browser when you submit a form: IP address, browser type and the page that referred you.
- How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking tags, we record those tags and the ad click identifier with your request, so we can tell which ads bring real inquiries.
Cookies and advertising tools
- We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads with Google Tag Manager. These tools set cookies and tell Meta and Google when someone visits the site, sends a consultation request or completes our survey, so our ads reach people likely to be interested and we can measure whether they work.
- Your browser also stores how you first arrived on the site for up to 90 days, so a request you send a few days later is still credited to the right source.
- If you sign in to the client portal, we use a cookie to keep you signed in. It is needed for the portal to work and is not used for advertising.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Google account settings.
How we use it
- To contact you about your project, schedule an in-home visit, prepare your design and quote, and coordinate delivery.
- To recommend a contractor from our partner network if you ask us to. We share your contact details with a contractor only with your permission.
- To understand which of our ads and pages lead to real consultations.
Who else handles it
- Companies that run the site for us: website hosting, our database, email delivery and file storage. They process it only to provide that service to us.
- Meta and Google, through the advertising tools described above.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
- We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we need them for your project and our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
- Email or call us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will take care of it.
- Tell us at any time to stop contacting you.
